“Mum was admitted for palliative care in October 2020 and Dad joined her to be together. It was a tough time due to Covid and visiting restrictions. Staff were so helpful and accommodating in helping them both settle into a completely new environment. Very polite, friendly and patient staff. My parents and our family were always treated in a professional and courteous manner. Also helpful in providing video calls to maintain contact and Covid friendly visits.”
“My husband has settled in very well. The staff are very supportive and fun. He has had the staff helping him with T.V choices and long letters he receives.”
